We do not use analytics or marketing cookies (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no similar tracking tools). We only collect data you provide directly: your email address when you sign up for the free checklist, your name/email/phone when you submit a contact or property-viewing enquiry form, and your name and email when you purchase the E-Book.
Your data is used solely to fulfil your request: to send you the checklist you asked for, to respond to your enquiry, or to fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Croatian accounting law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing casawise.book@gmail.com.
We use Stripe for payment processing (on Stripe's own site, outside our domain) and Netlify for hosting. We also use Google Search Console to monitor how the site appears in Google Search - this does not process any personal data about site visitors.
