When you purchase the E-Book or submit a contact form, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), and property location (optional). We also collect anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics and conversion data via Facebook Pixel.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is used solely to fulfil your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, with your consent, to send marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Data Retention

Order data is retained for 7 years in accordance with Croatian accounting law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing casawise.book@gmail.com.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook Pixel). Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
