These Terms govern the purchase and use of the digital product "Sigurna kupnja nekretnine - Detaljna kontrolna lista" (the "E-Book") offered on casa-wise.com.
The E-Book is a digital PDF file delivered immediately after successful payment via a download link sent to the buyer's email address. No physical product is shipped.
The current price is displayed on the website. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes.
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, simply send an email to casawise.book@gmail.com with the email address used for the purchase. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days. You may request a refund without providing any reason. This policy is our additional guarantee for your trust.
