These Terms govern the purchase and use of the digital product "Sigurna kupnja nekretnine - Detaljna kontrolna lista" (the "E-Book") offered on casa-wise.com.
The E-Book is a digital PDF file delivered immediately after successful payment via a download link sent to the buyer's email address. No physical product is shipped.
The current price is displayed on the website. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes.
By purchasing and downloading the digital product (e-book), the Buyer expressly requests that delivery begin immediately, before expiry of the statutory withdrawal period, and expressly acknowledges that this results in loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, in accordance with applicable EU/Croatian consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
As the digital product is delivered instantly as a PDF file by email immediately after successful payment, refunds are not available once delivery has occurred, except where the delivered file is defective, corrupted, or a clear technical delivery error has occurred. In that case, contact us at casawise.book@gmail.com with proof of payment and we will ensure correct delivery or issue a refund.

These Terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in Rijeka, Croatia.
