Terms & Conditions – Digital products (e-books)
These Terms apply to the purchase and delivery of digital products (e-books and checklists) via casa-wise.com.
1. Seller
The seller of digital products and invoice issuer is Sunset, obrt za usluge, vl. Helena Mičetić, OIB: 89058126973 (the “Seller”). The Seller is not registered for VAT.
2. Digital products
Digital products include, among others:
- Prilog - detaljni vodič za kupnju nekretnine: od provjere do ugovora
- Kontrolna lista za kupnju nekretnine
All digital products are informational and educational and do not constitute legal, construction, financial or tax advice.
3. Order and payment
Payments are processed via Stripe. The Buyer must provide accurate information necessary for invoicing and delivery.
Express consent (recommended text for Stripe/checkout):
“I consent to the immediate supply of the digital content after payment and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered.”
4. Delivery
After successful payment, the Seller delivers the digital product (PDF) to the Buyer’s email address provided at checkout. Delivery is performed within a reasonable time, depending on order processing and availability.
5. Right of withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the Buyer’s right of withdrawal does not apply once the digital content has been delivered, provided the Buyer has given prior express consent to start delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Important: If the digital content has not yet been delivered (not sent by email), the Buyer may request cancellation of the order. The request is submitted by replying to the purchase confirmation (email provided at checkout) or otherwise using the data available through the payment system (Stripe). The Seller will respond to the email address used at checkout.
6. Complaints and support
If the Buyer does not receive the digital product or experiences technical issues, the Buyer must notify the Seller without delay by replying to the purchase confirmation (email used at checkout) or using the data available through the payment system (Stripe), providing proof of payment and the email address used at checkout.
7. Intellectual property
Digital products are licensed for the Buyer’s personal use only. Copying, sharing, public posting, distribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.
8. Disclaimer of liability
The Buyer acknowledges that digital products are auxiliary informational materials. The Seller is not liable for decisions made by the Buyer based on the materials, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising from their use.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent court according to the Seller’s registered seat, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
